This is a nice, cute take on the blue-head wonder from the Ikari Warriors. In my opinion, she is much better in Metal Slug than in The King of Fighters, even though she started in the latter. Indeed, Leona is very underrated... needs MOAR love!
Okay, about the picture: actually, I like your cartoony, yet elaborated approach. The funny exaggerations on her earring (her bombs!), the bullet belt (are those bullets or oil drums ?) and her necklace, put in a niiice place, are a good touch.
Looks like her legs caught much attention, although, unfortunately, not of the wanted kind. Now, I've watching your art for quite a while and can say you have an interesting way of drawing people... a bit twisted, but in a stylish manner.
As for Leona's legs, I'd say they, each one per se, don't really need much fixing. But the way they are positioned in this illustration, the pose, that could use some adjusting. Maybe if you just turn her right leg a bit to the right (like a clock hand), so her feet get actually aligned... that would make it less weird, thus enhancing the awesomeness.
But no need to scrap it. Don't let it get you down, pal. Why don't just give it another try?
